摘要
目的对比分析耳内镜下冲洗与耳道滴入氧氟沙星治疗化脓性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的58例化脓性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗途径的不同分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者治疗后的有效率,不良反应情况以及其气导和骨导听阈降低情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组(79.31%,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率为6.9%,与对照组不良反应率10.34%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳内镜下用氧氟沙星冲洗耳道治疗化脓性中耳炎效果优于耳道滴入治疗。
Objective Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of endoscopic irrigation and oftaria infusion of ofloxacin in the treatment of purulent otitis media. Methods We randomly selected 58 patients with suppurative otitis media who were treated in our hospital,and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment routes.The control group and observation group were effective after treatment for both groups of patients.The adverse reactions and the reduction in air conduction and bone conduction threshold were compared. Results The treatment efficiency(96.55%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 6.9% in the observation group and 10.34% in the control group. The adverse reactions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Treatment of suppurative otitis media with earlobe with ofloxacin is an ideal treatment and worthy of further promotion.
