摘要
目的观察综合护理对钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者术后生活质量及康复的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2018年2月本院收治的88例行钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予综合护理,分析两组护理效果。结果实验组术后生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);临床指标、住院时间、疼痛程度、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管结石患者行钬激光碎石治疗过程中实施综合护理效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the postoperative quality of life and rehabilitation of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Eighty-eight cases of ureteral calculi treated with holmium laser lithotripsy from December 2017 to February 2018 were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random digital table method,with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The comparison of postoperative quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the comparison of clinical indicators,length of hospital stay,pain level,and complication rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy is significant.
