摘要
目的研究PDCA循环管理在肿瘤患者PICC置管及维护中的应用。方法本科室13位护士于2016年7月1日起接受PDCA循环管理。重点比较实施PDCA前后半年内护士理论及操作情况、肿瘤患者接受PICC置管率、以及PICC导管留置期间并发症发病率情况。结果实施PDCA后,护士理论及操作显著提高(P<0.05);PICC置管接受率由11.84%提升至21.79%;并发症发生率由36.54%降低到3.57%。结论 PDCA循环管理可以显著提高护理水平,值得在临床护理管理上广泛推广。
Objective To study the application of PDCA cycle management in PICC placement and maintenance of tumor patients. Methods The 13 nurses in the department received the PDCA cycle management from July 1,2016. This study compared the implementation of PDCA within 6 months after the operation,the nurse theory and tumor patients received PICC catheter and PICC catheter rate,the incidence of complications during the change of situation. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the theory and operation conditions of nurses increased significantly(P<0.05). Meanwhile,the PICC acceptance rate of tumor patients increased from 11.84% to 21.79%,and the complication rate of PICC catheter in patients decreased from 36.54% to 3.57%. Conclusions PDCA cycle management can improve the nursing level which is worth widely application in clinical nursing management.
