摘要
目的分析在ICU患者的治疗中强化胰岛素治疗的具体效果。方法选择凉州医院在2016年内收治的存在高血糖症状的74例ICU患者为对象,根据治疗方案的差异将其均分成常规组与强化组,分别接受胰岛素常规与强化治疗,对比两组患者的相关指标与预后情况。结果强化组患者各项指标明显优于常规组,且预后情况好于常规组,两组患者数据对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在急诊ICU患者治疗中,胰岛素强化治疗效果较好,该方案值得在临床中推广。
Objective To analyze the specific effect of intensive insulin therapy in the treatment of ICU patients.Methods Seventy-four ICU patients with hyperglycemia were selected in our hospital in 2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment regimen:conventional group and intensive group.The patients were treated with routine and intensive therapy,respectively.The relevant indicators and prognosis were compared between groups.Results The indexes of the patients in the intensive group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the prognosis was better than the conventional group.The data of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of emergency ICU patients,insulin intensive treatment is better,the program is worthy of clinical practice.
