基于STM8的激光功率计的设计

摘要 设计了一种基于STM8的激光功率计的硬件结构和固件程序,并对系统的误差进行了分析。该功率计采用STM8S208MBT作为微控制器,通过PIN硅光电二极管实现光信号到电信号的转换,并利用运算放大器对信号进行转换、放大和滤波;同时,采用16位模数转换芯片AD7606-4,以保证系统的测量精度。通过LCD显示屏,用户可实时获得测量结果。实际测试结果表明:该功率计成本低,测量精度高,满足工程中对激光测量的要求。 This paper designed the hardware structure and firmware program of a kind of laser power meter based on STM8, and ana-lyzed the system error. The laser power meter used STM8 S208 MBT as micro-controller, with the use of PIN silicon photodiode torealize photoelectric conversion. By the use of operational amplifiers, it completed the transform, amplification and filter of the sig-nal. At the same time, a 16-bit A/D conversion chip AD7606-4 was used to ensure accuracy of system. User can get measurementresult of system in time by LCD display. The actual test results showed: the laser power meter has the advantages of low cost, highprecision, which can meet demand of laser measurement in engine.
