基于实值离散Gabor变换的心电信号处理

ECG Signal Processing Based on Real-valued Discrete Gabor Transform

摘要 心电信号是一种极易受到外界噪声干扰的人体生理信号。该文提出了一种基于实值离散Gabor变换的心电信号降噪方法,目的在于减少计算量的同时提高信噪比。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地提高心电信号的信噪比,且能够比较清晰地还原出心电信号的波形及其特征。 ECG signal is a kind of highly susceptible to external noise physiological signals of human body.This paper presents a method based on real-valued discrete Gabor transform in ECG signal denosing method,the aim is to reduce the amount of calculation and improve the SNR of the ECG.The experimental results show that,the method can effectively improve the SNR of the ECG,and can clearly show the ECG signal waveform and its characteristics.
