兼顾电压稳定的互联电网电压/无功协调控制 被引量:7

摘要 互联电网各控制中心在进行电压/无功控制时有必要采用协调控制手段,以实现无功的合理分布,避免控制振荡。文中以互联电网网络方程为基础,分别推导了基于L指标的节点最优无功注入量和对应电网有功网损最小时的节点最优无功注入量。进而根据分解协调计算思想,设计了兼顾电压静态稳定性和经济性的互联电网区域电压/无功协调控制模型。最后分别通过两种互联电网模型的仿真实验,验证了所提出的兼顾电压稳定的互联电网电压/无功协调控制的机理与方法的正确性与有效性。 It is necessary for each control center in interconnected grids to coordinate its voltage/reactive power control to achieve more reasonable reactive power distribution and avoid control oscillating.Based on the network equations,the optimal nodal reactive power injections for Lindex and active power losses are introduced respectively.A coordinated voltage/reactive power control model based distributed computation is proposed.The model can be used to optimize Lindex and active power losses.Simulations on interconnected grids verify that the proposed method is sound and effective.
