摘要
废旧动力电池大规模的退役浪潮马上来临,回收再利用电池势在必行。废旧三元动力锂离子电池失效有多种模式,对于只是失去活性锂元素的三元正极材料,本文采用直接添加锂源通过高温烧结方法进行原位逆向补锂修复再生技术,可避免传统回收工艺造成的二次污染。本文研究了添加不同质量比锂源合成的材料,并对产物进行X射线衍射(XRD)以及电化学性能分析。结果表明:原位逆向补锂修复的材料性能优越接近于新鲜材料,锂与金属元素摩尔比为1.05:1为最佳合成工艺条件。
It’s imperative to recycle and reuse waste power batteries duo to the coming of a largescale decommissioning of the waste power batteries.The failure reasons are complex for the ternary Li-ion power batteries.For ternary cathode materials lost Li-ion activity,a research of insitu reversible recovery of Li-ion is carried out through the high-temperature sintering method by adding lithium source directly,which can prevent repeated pollution in traditional recycling methods.The performances of the fabricated materials with different adding mass ratio of the lithium source is studied by XRD and electrochemical measurement.The results show that the performance of recovered materials is nearly equal to the new materials and the best adding mass ratio of the lithium source is 1.05∶1.
