摘要
本研究采用共沉淀法制备Mg/Al-LDH(层状双氢氧化物)吸附材料,并对其在处理低浓度含磷废水性能应用方面进行实验研究,以确定其最佳的除磷反应条件。研究考察了竞争离子和溶液pH值对吸附反应的影响,并通过等温吸附模型和动力学模型对该材料的除磷性能进行了描述。研究结果表明,Mg/Al-LDH可以高效地吸附废水中的磷,溶液中竞争离子的存在会在一定程度上促进或者抑制吸附反应的进行,磷的去除率变化范围在10%以内;pH值对反应的影响效果不明显,在测试的pH值范围内,磷的去除率都保持在95%以上。研究结果显示该吸附反应为吸热反应,反应前50 min为Mg/Al-LDH快速吸附磷酸盐阶段,反应时间为100 min时达到吸附平衡。
In this study,Mg/Al-LDH(layered double hydroxide)adsorption material was prepared by co-precipitation method,and its performance in the treatment of low concentration phosphorus wastewater was studied to determine the best application conditions of the adsorbent.The effects of competitive ions and solution pH values on the adsorption reactions were investigated.The adsorption properties of the materials were investigated by isothermal adsorption and kinetic experiments.The results show that Mg/Al-LDH can adsorb phosphorus in wastewater effectively.Competing ions in solution will promote or inhibit the adsorption reaction to a certain extent,the removal rate of phosphorus change within 10%.The effect of pH on the reaction is not obvious,the removal rate of phosphorus is more than 95%.The adsorption reaction is an endothermic reaction,and within 50 minutes,the adsorption rate of phosphate by Mg/Al-LDH is soon,the adsorption reaction reached equilibrium at 100 min.
