摘要
通过分析电池组的使用,找出影响电池组一致性的因素。采用控制变量法、比较法和累积法,研究轻微过放电、环境温度和放电电流对电池组一致性的影响,评估电池组一致性受以上因素的影响程度,对实验结论进行理论分析。过放电压为终止电压的0. 8倍时,实验后电池组的可用容量减小、一致性变差;放电环境温度为50℃、-25℃时,实验后电池组的可用容量减小、一致性变差;放电电流大于2. 25 C时,放电电流对电池组的一致性产生影响,且电流越大,影响越大。
The use of the battery pack was analyzed to identify factors that the consistency of the battery pack was affected.Then control variable method,comparison method and accumulation method were used,the effects of slight over-discharge,ambient temperature and discharge current on the consistency of the battery pack were studied,the consistency of the battery pack was evaluated by the above factors,theoretical analysis of the test conclusions.When the over-discharge voltage was 0.8 times of the termination voltage,the available capacity of the battery pack was reduced and the consistency was deteriorated after the test;when the discharge ambient temperature was 50℃,-25℃,the available capacity of the battery pack was reduced and consistent after the test.When the discharge current was greater than 2.25 C,The consistency of the battery pack was affected by the current,the greater the current,the greater the influence on the consistency.
