摘要
在分析中国石油天然气股份有限公司长庆油田的靖北、吴旗、油房庄和大水坑区块腐蚀原因基础上,开展了产出水的缓蚀和杀茵试验研究。结果表明,引起井下管柱及集输管线腐蚀的因素主要有:产出水矿化度高、H_2S和SRB含量高、部分水质溶解氧超标以及井下存在CO_2伴生气和不均匀结垢;优选的CI-2缓蚀荆具有较好的缓蚀效果,药剂质量浓度为50mg/L时,可使产出水的腐蚀速率由0.125mm/a降至0.012mm/a,缓蚀率达90%以上;经杀茵剂筛选,BI-2和BI-3对SRB和TGB具有较好的杀菌效果,为了防止产生抗药性,BI-2和BI-3采用交替加药。
Baaed on the analysis of corrosion causes in Jingbei,Wuqi,Youfangzhuang and Dashuikeng blocks of Chanqing Oil Held, eorrosion inhibition and sterilization research of production water has been performed.The experimental results show that the main corrosion causes d downhole strings and gathering pipeline are high salinity,high eontem of H_2S and SRB,off-specification of dissolved oxygen in production water,associated CO_2 gas and non-uniform fouling,Optimal selection of CI-2 corrosion inhibitor can effectively control the corrosion of production water and reduce the corrosion rate of from 0.125 mm/a to 0.012 mm/a at dosage of 50mg/ L.he inhibition efficiency is over 90%.Screened BI-2 and BI-3 bactericides exhibit good bactericidal performance on total general bacteria(TGB)and sulfate reduction bacteria(SRB).To prevent SRB and TGB from resisting drug,BI-2 and BI-3 need to be added alternatively.
