flt-1 bFGFR和PDGFR与胰腺癌的相关性研究

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子受体flt-1、bFGFR1、PDGFR在胰腺癌中发生、侵袭、转移中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测引例胰腺癌及28例癌旁组织中flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR的表达。分析其表达与胰腺生物学行为的关系及三种因子相互间关系。结果 胰腺癌中flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR阳性率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05或P<0.01),它们的高表达与胰腺癌的分化程度、肿瘤的浸润、淋巴及血道转移有密切关系(P<0.05或P<0.01),与肿瘤大小无关;flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR在胰腺癌中阳性表达呈相互密切关系(P<0.05或P<0.01)。它们之间存在协同或互补作用。结论flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR的阳性表达可作为胰腺癌生长、转移及预后的重要指标。 Objective To study the effect of vascular growth factor receptors (fit - 1, bFGFR, PDGFR) in an-giogenesis invasion, metastasis of pancreatic carcimoma (PC) . Methods The expression of the vascular growth factor receptors in tissue sections from 51 PC and 28 normal pancrease tissue were examined by immunohbistochemistry. The relationship between these receptors and tumor biology of PC was also studied. Results The positive rates of fit - 1, bFGFR, PDGFR were significanly correlated with histological degree, regional invasion, lymph node or blood borne metastasis in PC. There were significant correlation between the positive rates of bFGFR and PDGFR. Conclusions The expressions of fit - 1, bFGFR, PDGFR might be highly correlated with growth, invasion and melastasis of PC. They might be used for determining tumor metastasis and prognosis.
