摘要
针对低渗透储层中井筒方向与人工裂缝方向一致的常规水平井,初次压裂失效后常规重复压裂增产效果差、注水不易受效的问题,开展了多分支缝重复压裂增产技术研究。通过采取暂堵转向分支缝压裂增大裂缝控制体积与不返排清洁压裂液增大地层能量'双增'压裂改造技术,大幅度提高裂缝控制面积与储层生产能量,从而提高了老井单井产量。对常规分段压裂方式完井的水平井采用纤维暂堵转向压裂,暂堵后施工压力上升3~6MPa,压裂后稳定期日产油量达到6. 6t,为压裂前产油量的6倍,增产效果良好。低渗透水平井多分支缝重复压裂增产技术为水平井重复压裂增产改造提供了有效的技术思路。
For the conventional horizontal wells whose wellbore direction is identical to the direction of artificial fractures in low permeability reservoirs,the stimulation effect of conventional re-fracturing is poor after the failure of primary fracturing,and the water injection is not easily effective,therefore,the research on multi-branch refracturing and stimulation technology has been carried out.By adopting double stimulation technologies,i.e.temporary plugging and diversion branch fracturing as well as non-return clean fracturing fluid was used for increasing the volume of fracture control dramatically and formation production energy,the production of old single well has been increased.Fiber temporary plugging and diversion fracturing has been applied to horizontal wells in the ways of conventional staged fracturing completion;the operation pressure increased by 3~6 MPa after temporary plugging;and daily oil production reached to 6.6 t in stable period after fracturing,which was 6 times that of oil production before fracturing,with good stimulation effect.The multi-branch re-fracturing and stimulation technology in low permeability horizontal wells has provided an effective technical way for re-fracturing stimulation of horizontal wells.
