摘要
纳米材料粒径在1~100nm内,位于单个原子、分子和体相材料间,能够同时发挥小尺寸效应、量子尺寸效应、宏观量子隧道效应、表面效应及体积效应等。通过物理、化学、生物、电子学等方法调节纳米材料粒径、形貌、表面特性、带隙等,能够产生一些特异性质,并应用于生物学、医学等领域。本文从纳米材料在细胞与生物分子研究、MRI对比剂、靶向药物载体、组织工程及肿瘤治疗等方面,阐述纳米材料在生物学与医学领域中的应用。
Nano-materials with particle size within 1~100nm are located between individual atoms,molecules and bulk materials,and can play a role in small size effect,quantum size effect,macroscopic quantum tunneling effect,surface effect and volume effect at the same time.Through the physical,chemical,biological,electronic and other methods to adjust the particle size,morphology,surface characteristics,band gap and so on,nano-materials can produce some specific properties,and can be used in biology,medicine and other fields.In this paper,the effects of nanomaterials on cell and biomolecule research,MRI contrast media,targeted drug carriers,tissue engineering and tumor therapy are reviewed in the fields of biology and medicine.Application.
