摘要
剖析了目前我国部分学术期刊执行的审稿制度的问题所在,分析了三级审稿制度和同行评议制度各自的优势和缺陷,呼吁学术期刊应回归三审制,结合同行评议制度的优势,建立并严格执行以三审制为主线,专家外审为参考的审稿制度。
We analyzed the problems of reading system of some academy periodical in China. The advantages and disadvantages of three-level system for reading manuscript and peer review are pointed out. We appeal for regressing of three-level system. The combination of peer review and three-level system should be built and rigidly enforced.
