摘要
为了解决小区条播机分种不均匀、行间一致性差的问题,在原有锥体格盘式排种器的基础上加装了离心分种装置,由量孔漏斗、分配头、离心分配器及电机等组成。工作时,电机带动离心分配器高速转动,从而将从量孔漏斗落下的种子甩向分配头的各个通道,提高了分种均匀性。同时,对该装置进行了试验研究,确定影响分种均匀性的因素;并通过正交试验确定最优值,为进一步改进和研制适合我国小区播种的排种器提供理论依据。
In order to solve the problem of the community drilling machine minute uneven,interline consistency is poor,the centrifugal seed device was installed on the original metering device of the cone disc. The device is composed of a measuring hole funnel,distribution head,centrifugal distributor,motor and other components,When the work motor driven centrifugal distributor rotate with high speed,which will be from the orifice funnel falling seed flung in all channel distribution head,improve the uniformity of the minutes. On the analysis and research of the device,to determine the factors affecting the minutes uniformity,and through the test to determine the optimal value,for the improvement and development for China's community seeding metering device provides the basis.
