摘要
针对复合材料的宏观性能的一体化预测,基于有限元计算细观力学,利用Python语言在ABAQUS平台实现了RVE(代表特征体元)的参数化建模,建立了RVE库。基于PHP语言和my SQL设计开发了先进复合材料数据库,并结合相应的细观力学方法和计算程序,得到复合材料宏观性能。对以T300、Si C、Py C为组分的复合材料进行了宏观弹性模量的预测,得到良好的预测结果。结果表明:基于RVE库的先进复合材料数据库的构建,实现了复合材料数据的查询及复合材料RVE模型的快速建立,使得材料性能预测分析和结构分析在同一个平台下融为一体,对于实现结构材料一体化设计具有重要的应用意义。
According to the integrated prediction of macroscopic properties of composite materials,based on the method of finite element computation micromechanics(FECM),the parametric modeling of RVE(representative volume element)was realized in ABAQUS platform by Python language,and the RVE library was established.Based on the PHP language and my SQL,the advanced composite database was developed,and the corresponding micromechanics methods and calculation procedures were combined to obtain the macroscopic properties of the composite.The composite elastic materials with T300,SiC and PyC were used to predict the macroscopic elastic modulus,and good prediction results were obtained.The results show that the construction of advanced composite database based on RVE library realizes the query of composite data and the rapid establishment of composite material RVE model,which makes the material performance prediction analysis and structural analysis integrated under the same platform,and had important application significance for realizing the integrated design of structural materials..
