摘要
目的 探讨肝硬化组织ADC值降低的机理。方法 12只犬半肝肝硬化模型及 1只正常犬用于本实验。于阻断肝脏血流前后测量左、右半肝的ADC值。结果 较严重的肝硬化组织ADC值低于正常肝组织。阻断肝脏血流后 ,原有的ADC值差别消失。结论 肝硬化组织ADC值降低的主要原因是血流灌注减少。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of ADC value reduction in the cirrhotic liver. Methods DWI of the liver was performed in 1 normal dog and 12 dogs with half liver cirrhosis with or without block of liver blood supply. Results The mean ADC value in serious cirrhosis was lower than that in normal liver. After block of liver blood supply, the difference of ADC value disappeared. Conclusion The reduction of ADC value in the cirrhotic liver was mainly due to the decreased blood perfusion.
