摘要
以产品的基本生产过程为对象所进行的管理就是企业生产计划管理的工作,其中包括生产过程组织、生产能力核定、生产计划与生产作业计划的制定执行以及生产调度工作。ERP系统是指建立在信息技术基础上,以系统化的管理思想,为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。而本文以企业的ERP系统进行企业生产计划管理为例,采取理论研究和实证分析相结合的方法,分析了当下的企业生产管理现状。
The basic process of production of the products as the object of management is the enterprise production planning management work,including the organization of the production process,the production capacity for approval,production planning and production scheduling work. ERP system is established on the basis of information technology,with systematic management thinking,for policy makers and the staff of enterprise to provide decision operation means and management platform. And based on the enterprise’ s ERP system for enterprise production planning management,for example,this paper,taking the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis method,analyzes the status quo of enterprise production management.
