寄主植物对双斑萤叶甲中肠消化酶和解毒酶活性的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Host Plants on Digestive Enzymes and Detoxification Enzyme Activities in the Midgut of Monolepta hieroglyphica(Motschulsky)

摘要 测定了双斑萤叶甲成虫对棉花、玉米、大豆等6种寄主植物的取食量和产卵量,以及取食后虫体消化酶和解毒酶系的时序变化。结果表明:双斑萤叶甲成虫在棉花、玉米、大豆和谷子上的取食量和产卵量均较多,且取食12 h的成虫消化酶和解毒酶活性较高,随着取食时间的延长,总蛋白酶呈现先降后升的趋势;胰蛋白酶和胰凝乳蛋白酶随时间延长,呈现不同程度的升降变化,48 h酶活性则明显降低。在水蒿和番茄上的取食量均较少,且取食12 h的消化酶活性较低,但随着取食时间的延长,取食水蒿的3种消化酶活性明显升高,48 h除总蛋白酶稍低于玉米,其余2种蛋白酶均高于其他寄主植物。双斑萤叶甲取食棉花、玉米、大豆和谷子后3种解毒酶活性呈现小幅升降变化,而取食番茄和水蒿的羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶活性大幅升高。这表明双斑萤叶甲在取食不同寄主植物时,能调节自身消化酶和解毒酶的活性,来适应寄主,满足生长发育的需要。 Feeding,fecundity and temporal changes of digestive and detoxification enzyme system in the midgut of Monolepta hieroglyphica( Motschulsky) adults fed on six species of host plants( Gossypium spp,Zea mays,Glycine max etc.) were investigated and tested. The results showed that feeding amount and fecundity of Monolepta hieroglyphica fed on Gossypium spp,Zea mays,Glycine max and Setaria italica were more than on other hosts. The activities of digestive and detoxification enzymes of Monolepta hieroglyphica for 12 h were higher and with the prolongation of feeding time,the total protease activity showed the trend of decreasing firstly and then increasing. Trypsin and chymotrypsin activities fluctuated with time and were significantly lower at 48 h. Feeding amount and fecundity of Monolepta hieroglyphica fed on Lycopersicon esculentum and Artemisia selengensis were less.And the digestive activities of adults fed on for 12 h were lower,but with the prolongation of feedingtime,the activities of three digestive enzymes of that on Artemisia selengensis increased significantly.Although total protease activity was slightly lower than Zea mays,the other two protease activities were higher than those fed on other host plants for 48 h. The activities of three detoxification enzymes of Monolepta hieroglyphica fed on Gossypium spp,Zea mays,Glycine max and Setaria italica showed fluctuating changes with small amplitude. However,the activities of carboxylesterase and glutathione-s-transferase of adults fed on Lycopersicon esculentum and Artemisia selengensis increased significantly. This indicated that Monolepta hieroglyphica can regulate digestive enzyme and detoxification enzyme activities to adapt to the host plants for growth and development when fed with different host plants.
