摘要
针对三相桥式半控整流电路,本文在分析了电路的工作原理基础上,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,分别对带有电阻性负载及电阻电感性负载的三相桥式半控整流电路建立仿真模型,改变共阴极组晶闸管的控制角为0?、30?、60?、90?进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证三相桥式半控整流电路的工作特性。
The paper analyzes working principal on account of three-phase bridge semi-controlled rectifier circuit by Simulink, the simulation model is constructed for the circuit with resistive loads and inductive loads, respectively. Furthermore, control angle of the common cathode group thyristor is set as 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°. The simulation results verify the validity of simulation model and the operating performances for three-phase bridge semi-controlled rectifier circuit.
