摘要
目的构建血管通路管理信息平台,提高护士血管通路管理的有效性、规范性与完整性,提高护理质量。方法依托医院信息化平台,设计并应用血管通路管理系统,包括置管管理、导管维护管理、拔管管理、并发症管理、统计分析和计费查询6大模块。结果 2013年5月至2018年4月,全院共记录27 024条PICC置管记录; 338 803条PICC维护记录、129 414条中心静脉导管维护记录、42 957条植入式静脉输液港维护记录; 20 158条PICC并发症记录、1 233条中心静脉导管并发症记录、427条植入式静脉输液港并发症记录; 247条疑难病例会诊记录。护士对血管管理系统的适用性评分为(6. 38±0. 87)分。结论血管通路管理信息平台的构建提升了血管通路管理效率,适用性高。在目前基础上,还需增加并发症预警模型和决策干预系统的构建,进一步提高护理质量。
Objective To develop a computerized information system for vascular access management and to improve nursing quality. Methods We designed a computerized information system for vascular access management based on the hospital information system,including such 6 modules as vascular access placement,maintenance,removal,complications,statistics and cost inquiry. Results From May 2013 to April 2018,there were 27 024 records of PICC placement,33 803 records of PICC maintenance,129 414 records of central venous catheter( CVC) maintenance,42 957 records of implantable venous port maintenance,20 518 records of PICC complications,1 233 records of CVC complications,427 records of implantable venous port complications,and 247 counts of expert consultation. Nurses scored 6. 38 ± 0.80 on its usability. Conclusion The use of computerized information system could improve efficiency of vascular access management. To further enhance nursing quality,it is necessary to add complication pre-warning module and decision-making intervention module.
