摘要
艺术体育对促进学生身心健康、提升文化认知、增强审美意识与拓展社会交往具有十分重要的教育价值。受发展运动技能教学目标的制约,当前高校艺术体育教学已经缺失了对大学生文化认知、审美意识和社会交往的教育与培养。这不仅造成大学生身体素质水平的逐年下降,还导致其文化认知水平不足、审美意识匮乏和社会交往能力下降。基于此,提出优化教学内容、创新教学方法和革新教学模式等对策,为新时期高校艺术体育教学改革与创新提供参考。
Arts and sports are of great significant educational value in promoting students＇ physical and mental health, enhancing cultural cognition, enhancing aesthetic awareness and expanding social interaction. However, due to the constraints of the development of sports skills teaching objectives, the current college art physical education has lost the education and training of college students＇ cultural cognition, aesthetic consciousness and social interaction. This not only resulted in the decline of college students＇ physical quality, but also caused the lack of cultural cognition, lack of aesthetic consciousness and the decline of social communication ability. Based on this, this paper puts forward the countermeasures, such as optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching method and reforming teaching mode, which provides reference for the reform and innovation of college art physical education in the new era.
