摘要
政府购买体育公共服务是一项惠及全民的民生工程.运用文献计量法和逻辑分析法,以2010年以来我国政府购买体育公共服务的文献为研究对象,从研究数量及年代分布、发表来源、完成类型、项目支持情况、作者信息以及研究主题等进行分析讨论.发现我国政府购买体育公共服务存在经济发达地区研究多,西部地区研究少;青少年受众研究多,老年及特殊需要群体研究少;整体性的宏观定性研究多,微观的个案与定量研究少;国外经验借鉴多,与国内实际接轨少等问题.提出我国政府购买体育公共服务未来趋势,应加强对体育公共服务的本质与内涵研究、基础理论结合实际需求的微观研究,不同地域条件及不同人群需求的体育公共服务模式研究,以及多学科视角下的体育公共服务研究等.
Governmental purchase of sports public service is a livelihood project that benefits the entire population, hence, research on the the literature on the purchase of public sports service by the Chinese government since 2010 has been conducted from such aspects as the researches on the quantity and age distribution, the source of publication, the type of completion, project support, authors＇ information and research topics etc.with the employment of bibliometrical method and logic analysis. It is found that the existing problems of the researches lie in such respects as researches on economically developed areas are more than those on western areas, researches on the younger are more than those on the elder and the population of the special needs, researches on integrity and qualitative studies are more than those on micro case and quantitative studies; researches of references from foreign experiences are more than those which are closely related to the domestic realities and etc. Thus the future trend of the governmental purchase of public sports service and such suggestions have been proposed as strengthening the studies on the essence and the connotation of public sports service and the micro-studies of basic theory combined with actual needs, the researches of public sports service modes with different geographical conditions and needs of different population and the researches of public sports service from multidisciplinary perspective.
