Study on a High Temperature Resistant Node Adhesive for Paper Honeycomb

摘要 研制了一种耐高温纸蜂窝节点胶黏剂,胶黏剂以氰酸酯树脂为主体树脂,自制的聚异酰亚胺为改性树脂,以活性端基的丁腈橡胶弹性体为增韧剂,核壳橡胶作为辅助增韧剂,可在240℃固化。胶黏剂25℃剪切强度为31.6MPa,250℃剪切强度7.5MPa,25℃蜂窝节点强度为4.1N/cm。该胶黏剂有较好的耐热性能,在250℃经过500h的热老化后,其250℃剪切强度可达到8.3MPa。 A high temperature resistant node adhesive for paper honeycomb was developed. The matrix resin of the node adhesive was cyanate ester, and homemade polyisoimide was the modifier for matrix resin. The nitrile rubber with active terminal groups was used as toughening agent, and the core-shell rubber was used as the auxiliary toughening agent. This adhesive could be cured at 240 ℃ and after cured, the shear strength of the adhesive could reach 31.6 MPa at 25℃, 7.5 MPa at 250℃ respectively and the strength of honeycomb node reached 4.1 N/cm at 25℃. The adhesive also had good heat-resistance, the shear strength could reach 8.3 MPa at 250℃ after thermal aging at 250℃ for 500 h.
