摘要
目的探讨咖啡酸片对白细胞减少症患者免疫功能和临床疗效的影响。方法自2016年1月至2017年12月,回顾性收集我院收治的白细胞减少症患者92例,根据治疗方法,将患者分为观察组(咖啡酸片联合常规治疗,51例)和对照组(常规治疗,41例)。观察两组患者治疗后的免疫功能和临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前红细胞、血小板和白细胞等比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗结束时,与对照组比较,观察组患者红细胞数显著增加[(2. 98±0. 37)×10^(12)/L vs.(2. 65±0. 44)×10^(12)/L,P <0. 01];血小板数显著增加[(87. 84±9. 48)×10~9/L vs.(76. 65±9. 81)×10~9/L,P <0. 01];白细胞数显著增加[(5. 58±0. 82)×10~9/L vs.(4. 78±0. 91)×10~9/L,P <0. 01]。两组患者治疗前IL-6、IL-8水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者IL-6水平显著升高[(39. 42±6. 41) pg/ml vs.(34. 09±3. 73) pg/ml,P <0. 01]; IL-8水平显著升高[(21. 75±4. 09) pg/ml vs.(14. 21±4. 06) pg/ml,P <0. 01]。结论咖啡酸片可以显著改善白细胞减少症患者临床疗效,纠正免疫功能失衡。
Objective To investigate the effect of caffeic acid tablets on the immune function and clinical efficacy in patients with leuccytopenia. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,92 cases of leukocytopenia patients in our hospital were retrospectively collected. According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into observation group（ caffeic acid tablets combined with conventional treatment,n = 51） and control group（ conventional treatment,n = 41）. The immune function and clinical effect after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in red blood cells,platelets and leukocytes before treatment between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. At the end of treatment,the number of red blood cells in observation group was more than those in control group [（ 2. 98 ± 0. 37） × 10^（12）/L vs.（ 2. 65 ± 0. 44） × 10^（12）/L,P〈0. 01],and the numbers of platelets and white blood cells were significantly increased [（ 87. 84 ± 9. 48） × 10~9/L vs.（ 76. 65 ± 9. 81） × 10~9/L,P〈0. 01;（ 5. 58 ± 0. 82） ×10~9/L vs.（ 4. 78 ± 0. 91） × 10~9/L,P〈0. 01]. There was no significant difference in the level of IL-6 and IL-8 between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in observation group were higher than those in control group[（ 39. 42 ± 6. 41） pg/ml vs.（ 34. 09 ± 3. 73） pg/ml,P〈0. 01;（ 21. 75 ± 4. 09） pg/ml vs.（ 14. 21 ± 4. 06） pg/ml,P〈0. 01]. Conclusion Caffeic acid tablets can improve the clinical efficacy in leukocytopenia patients and correct the imbalance of immune function.
