摘要
纳米材料的理化性能包括粒度、形貌、结构、表面界面、成分等,这些理化性能对纳米材料的化学、电学、磁学、机械等性能有重要的影响。准确分析测定这些性能参数对纳米材料的研究有着重大的意义。本文对纳米材料现有的一些理化性能分析方法进行了综述,同时提出了作者的一点意见和建议。
The physicochemical properties of nanomaterials include particle size, morphology, struc ture, surface and interface, composition and others. They have important influences on chemical properties, electrical properties,magnetic properties and mechanical properties of nanomaterials. Their accurate meas urement have important implications for nanomaterial research. This paper reviews the existing physico chemical analysis methods for nanomaterials, and gives some opinions and suggestions.
