摘要
精准扶贫是当前国家脱贫攻坚的首要战略,也是提高扶贫效益的首选措施。在众多产业中,虽然旅游扶贫投资少收效快,是目前扶贫领域最见成效的产业之一,但旅游扶贫也存在诸多问题。因此,基于精准扶贫背景,通过分析山西省大同市旅游扶贫过程中存在的农户思想保守、旅游扶贫项目同质化、宣传力度不够、旅游扶贫机制不完善等问题,针对性地提出了精准识别、改变农户守旧观念;精准分类、提高农户旅游职业技能;精准设计、构建旅游扶贫产业链;精准宣传、做大客源市场;精准完善各项扶贫机制和构建旅游扶贫绩效体系等对策。
Accurate poverty alleviation is the most important poverty alleviation strategy and the preferred measure to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation. In many industries, even though tourism poverty alleviation is the strategy of less investment and quicker profit, it has many problems. So under the background of accurate poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes the problems in the process of tourism poverty alleviation in Datong, Shanxi Province, and puts forward the detailed strategy for implementing tourism poverty alleviation.
