摘要
目的:探讨环境改变对鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的影响。方法:用VITEK2 Compact全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统对改变环境前后2个季度分离的160株鲍曼不动杆菌进行检测。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌环境改变后一个季度对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、美洛培南、头孢他啶、左氧氟沙星、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、庆大霉素、头孢吡肟的耐药性分别为23.7%、23.3%、25%、6.6%、23.7%、23.6%、25%、22.4%。结论:环境改变后,鲍曼不动杆菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、美罗培南、头孢他啶、左氧氟沙星、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、庆大霉素和头孢吡肟的耐药性均有不同程度的下降。
Objective:To explore the effect of environmental changes on the drug resistance of acinetobacter Bauman.Methods:160 strains of acinetobacter bauman isolated in two quarters before and after environmental changes were detected by VITEK2 Corn- pact automatic bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analysis system.Resuhs:The resistance of acinetobacter Bauman to piperacillin/tazobactam,meropenem,ceftazidime,levofloxacin,imipenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam,gentamicin,cefepime after envi-ronmental changes was 23.7%,23.3%,25%,6.6%,23.7%,23.6%,25%,22.4% respectively.Conclusion:After environmental changes, the resistance of aeinetobaeter Bauman to piperaeillin/tazobaetam,meropenem,ceftazidime,levofloxaein,imipenem,cefoperazone/ sulbaetam,gentamiein,eefepime decreased in varying degrees.
