基于变压器电压电流图形特性的绕组变形在线监测方法 被引量:12

摘要 电力变压器是电力系统中最重要的设备之一。为了对变压器内部绕组状况开展实时在线监测、及时发现绕组变形故障,提出了一种绕组变形在线监测新方法。该方法基于变压器原副边电压电流信号构造特征图形,通过图形的变化来反映绕组变形情况。论文首先借助仿真软件建立模型,模拟绕组正常和故障情况,进行仿真测试;在此基础上,进一步搭建变压器绕组变形故障模拟实验平台,设置不同的绕组故障,并开展了一系列重复性及灵敏度验证实验。在仿真及实测条件下,测试得到的特征图型参数均发生了明显的变化且重复性良好。研究结果表明,论文所提的方法能够灵敏地反映出变压器的绕组变形故障情况,具有一定的工程推广应用价值。 Power transformer is one of the most important devices in power system. In order to carry out real-time on-line monitoring of transformer winding condition and find the winding deformation fault in time, we put forward a new method for on-line monitoring of winding deformation. In the method, the current and voltage on both sides of the transformer are employed to build characteristic figure that can reflect winding deformation. First, an electric model was built by a simulation software to simulate normal and faulty windings. Then, an experiment platform for the deformation fault of the transformer winding was set up, and a set of experrments were carred out to verify the repeatability and sensitivity by setting different winding faults. In the cases of both simulation and practical tests, the parameters of the characteristic figure have changed obviously and the repeatability is good. The results show that the proposed method can reflect the winding fault sensitively, deserving to be promoted in practice.
