外源甲基紫精对烟草活性氧和花芽分化的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Exogenous Methylviologen on ROS and Flower Bud Differentiation in Tobacco

摘要 逆境胁迫总会导致活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)的增加,并诱导植物早期开花.为了研究活性氧代谢与烟草花发育的关系,利用盆栽实验,通过喷施外源甲基紫精来模拟O^-_2源,研究外源活性氧胁迫对烟草活性氧代谢以及烟草花芽分化的影响.结果表明,外源甲基紫精处理使烟草体内O^-_2和H_2O_2含量迅速升高,活性氧平衡状态发生改变,在一定程度上改变了开花发育基因的表达、现蕾时的叶片数及花芽发育进程.喷施5 d和10 d的外源甲基紫精处理显著抑制了烟草开花抑制基因FLC的表达,促进了花分生组织基因LFY的表达,现蕾时的叶片数显著减少,花芽分化提前. The increase of reactive oxygen species and early flowering could be induced in plants under stress. The influence of exogenous active oxygen stress on the active oxygen metabolism and flower bud differentiation were examined by spraying exogenous methylviologen(MV) as the O2^- source to potted tobacco. The results showed that the internal content of O2^- and H2O2 was rapidly increased, the active oxygen balance state was changed by spray of exogenous methylviologen. At the same time, the expressions of the flower development genes were affected. And the number of leaves in squaring stage was altered, and the process of flower buds development was modified. The expression of FLC gene was significantly inhibited; while the expression of LFY gene was significantly promoted in tobaccos after 5 and 10 consecutive days spray of MV. Meanwhile, the number of leaves in squaring stage was significantly decreased, and flower bud differentiation progressed earlier after the spray of MV.
