病情提示卡联合随机临床实景考核对CCU年轻护士评判性思维能力的影响

摘要 目的探讨实施病情提示卡联合随机临床实景考核对心血管重症监护病房(CCU)年轻护士评判性思维能力的影响。方法选择在CCU工作的28名年轻护士为研究对象,2016年7月—12月采用传统培训方式,2017年1月—6月在传统培训方式的基础上,实施CCU病情提示卡联合随机临床实景考核对年轻护士进行培训。比较实施前后CCU年轻护士评判性思维能力。结果实施病情提示卡联合随机临床实景考核后,CCU年轻护士批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)总分及各维度(寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度)得分均高于实施前(P <0. 01)。结论实施病情提示卡联合随机临床实景考核可提高CCU年轻护士的评判性思维能力。 Objective To evaluate the effect of disease reminder combined with random clinical real-case-based training on the critical thinking ability of the junior nurses in cardiac care unit (CCU). Methods A total of 28 young nurses working at CCU were selected in this study. The traditional training method was adopted from July to December in 2016. And from January to June in 2017, CCU disease reminder combined with random clinical real-case-based training was used to train the critical thinking ability of junior nurses on the basis of traditional training methods. Before and after the implementation,the critical thinking ability of nurses was assessed by Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI-CV). Results After implementation of disease reminder and random clinical real-case-based training, nurses achieced a higher total score of CTDI-CV and each dimension score (truth seeking, open-minded, analysis ability, systematic ability, confidence, curiosity, mature degree), with a significant difference ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The implementation of disease reminder and random clinical real-case-based training can improve the critical thinking ability of CCU junior nurses.
