摘要
目的:观察槲皮素对糖尿病GK大鼠肝功能和血脂水平的影响。方法:将40只2型糖尿病GK大鼠平均分为模型组(Mod)、槲皮素低剂量组(QL)、槲皮素高剂量组(QH)和二甲双胍阳性对照组(Me)共4组,每组10只,另选择10只同源Wistar大鼠为正常对照组(Con)。各组大鼠灌胃给予相应药物8周后测定其肝功能和血脂水平。结果:与模型组大鼠相比,槲皮素组大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)水平均显著降低。结论:槲皮素对糖尿病GK大鼠具有保护肝脏和调节血脂的作用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of quercetin on hepatic function and serum lipid level in diabetic GK rats.Methods：40 GK rats of type 2 diabetes were divided into 4 groups：model group（Mod）,quercetin low dose group（QL）,quercetin high dose group（QH）and metformin positive control group（Me）.10 homologous Wistar rats were normal control group（Con）.Rats in each group were administrated for 8 weeks by gavage,and blood hepatic function and serum lipid level were measured after 8 weeks.Results：Compared with the model rats,quercetin reduced the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDLC）.Conclusion：Quercetin has protective effects on hepatic function and regulation effect on serum lipid in diabetic GK rats.
