摘要
生态农业具有安全、有效、有序、可持续的特点,是当代国际上公认的最先进的环境友好型农业模式。中药生态农业起步较晚,各地生态种植模式和技术虽然很多,但缺少评估指标和方法,不能科学评判其合理性和可行性。为此,本文首先提出了中药材生态种植模式及技术的评估原则,包括科学实用性原则、整体系统性原则、可操作性原则和动态性原则。然后从质量安全、经济效益、生态效益和社会效益等方面构建了中药材生态种植评估指标体系,并针对每一评估指标给出相应的评估方法,为行业内开展相关工作提供参考依据,同时,也为中药材生态种植产业可持续健康发展提供重要支撑。
Ecological agriculture of Chinese materia medica had characteristics of safe, effective, orderly and sus- tainable. And it was the most advanced environmentally friendly planting model in the international community. Since the ecolog- ical planting of Chinese materia medica started late in China, although there were many ecological planting models and tech- niques in various places, there was a lack of evaluation methods, and it was impossible to scientifically judge its rationality and feasibility. To this end, this paper first put forward the evaluation principles of ecological planting model and technology, including the principles of scientific practicability, overall systemic principles, operability principles and dynamic principles. Then, the evaluation index system of ecological planting with Chinese materia medica was constructed from the as- pects of quality and safety, economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit, and corresponding evaluation methods were given for each evaluation index. Overall, this paper provides a reference to the related work in the Chinese materia medica industry, and also important support for the sustainable and healthy development of the Chinese medicine ecological planting industry.
