摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径运用于下肢大隐静脉曲张患者的效果。方法研究时段为2017年5月—2018年5月,以该院收治的下肢大隐静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,共选取50例,根据其入院时间先后进行编号,利用计算机软件进行分组,具体分为对照组和观察组,每组25例,对照组实施静脉曲张常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上运用临床护理路径,观察对比两组患者住院时间、疼痛情况、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果相较于对照组,观察组住院时间较短,VAS评分较低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组4.00%vs 24.00%(χ~2=4.153,P=0.042);观察组护理满意度高于对照组96.00%vs 72.00%(χ~2=5.357,P=0.021)。结论在下肢大隐静脉曲张患者护理中,临床护理路径优势明显,利于患者恢复,推荐进一步推广。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing path in the patients with varicose great saphenous veins of the lower extremities. Methods 50 cases of patients with varicose great saphenous veins of the lower extremities admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to the admission time, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group used the clinical nursing path on the basis of the control group, and the length of stay, pain condition, occurrence of complications and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 4.00% vs 24.00%（χ^2=4.153,P=0.042）; and the nursing satisfactmT degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 96.00% vs 72.00%（χ^2=5.357,P=0.021）. Conclusion The advantages of clinical nursing path in the nursing of patients with varicose great saphenous veins of the lower extremities are obvious, which is conductive to the recovery of patients, and it is recommended to be further promoted.
