摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩联合多元化护理干预在银屑病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年1月赣州市皮肤病医院收治的40例银屑病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组20例。对照组采用常规医药治疗,干预组在常规医药治疗基础上采用穴位按摩联合多元化护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、复发率、希望水平、银屑病皮损面积与严重程度指数(PASI)评分。结果干预组患者治疗总有效为95.0%(19/20),明显高于对照组的75.0%(15/20)(P<0.05);干预组患者的复发率为10.0%(2/20),明显低于对照组的30.0%(6/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者护理后Herth希望指数量表(HHI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者PASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,干预组患者PASI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者采用穴位按摩联合多元化护理干预可提高治疗效果和康复希望水平,降低复发率,减轻皮损及严重程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with diversified nursing intervention in patients with psoriasis. Methods Forty patients with psoriasis admitted to Ganzhou Dermatological Hospital from May 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine medicine, and the intervention group was treated with acupoint massage combined with multiple nursing intervention on the basis of routine medicine, the total effective rate, recurrence rate, hope level, psoriatic lesion area and severity index（PASI） score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of intervention group was 95.0%（19/20）, significantly higher than 75.0%（15/20） of control group（P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate of intervention group was 10.0%（2/20）, significantly lower than 30.0%（6/20） of control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The score of Herth Hope Index（HHI） in intervention group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）; Before nursing, there was no significant difference in PASI score between the two groups（P〉0.05）; After nursing, the PASI score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with diversified nursing intervention for patients with psoriasis can improve the therapeutic effect, and rehabilitation hope, reduce the recurrence rate, reduce the severity of skin lesions and is worthy of clinical application.
