松、杉和樟木屑对杏鲍菇菌丝和子实体的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Sawdust of Pinus thunbergii, Cunninghamia lanceolate and Cinnamomun camphora on Mycelium and Fruiting of Pleurotus eryngii

摘要 为了资源化利用松、杉和樟木屑,解决食用菌栽培过程中松、杉和樟木屑被动混入杂木屑的问题,分别添加0、14%、28%、42%、56%、70%的松、杉和樟木屑用于杏鲍菇栽培,研究松、杉和樟木屑对杏鲍菇菌丝和子实体的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,添加28%、42%、56%和70%的松木屑或樟木屑,添加42%、56%和70%的杉木屑对杏鲍菇菌丝生长的抑制作用均达到显著水平,添加28%、42%、56%和70%的杉木屑,添加56%和70%的松木屑或樟木屑对杏鲍菇子实体重量的抑制作用均达到显著水平,说明随着试验木屑添加量的增加,其对杏鲍菇栽培的不利影响逐渐加强;不同碳源栽培的杏鲍菇子实体浸提液在250 nm~200 nm区均出现多个吸收峰,且峰数和最大吸光度值对应的波长均不一样,说明不同碳源栽培的杏鲍菇子实体成分存在差异。 In order to utilize sawdust of Pinus thunbergii, Cunninghamia lanceolate and Cinnamomum camphora and to solve the problem that sawdust of P. thunbergii and C. lanceolate and C. camphora was passively mixed into miscellaneous tree sawdust during the cultivation of edible mushrooms, 0, 14%, 28%, 42%, 56% and 70% of sawdust of P. thunbergii, C. lanceolate and C. comphora was individually mixed for the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii, and the effects of sawdust of P. thunbergii, C. lanceolate and C. camphora on P. eryngii mycelium and fruiting bodies were studied. The results showed that, compared with the control, the inhibition of 28%, 42%, 56% and 70% of sawdust of P. thunbergii and C. camphora, and 42%, 56% and 70% of sawdust of C. lanceolate on the mycelium growth of P. eryngii were significantly different. The inhibition effect of 28%, 42%, 56%, and 70% of sawdust of C. lanceolate, and 56% and 70% of sawdust of P. thunbergii and C. camphora on the weight of P. eryngii fruiting bodies reached a significant level, those indicated that with experiment sawdust increased, the adverse influence on the cultivation of P. eryngii was gradually strengthened. The ultraviolet absorption of extract of P. eryngii fruiting bodies cultivated with different carbon sources showed multiple absorption peaks between 250 nm-200 nm region, and the peak numbers and the wavelength that corresponded to maximum absorption value were different, which indicated that there are different composition in P. eryngii fruiting body cultivated with different carbon sources.
