摘要
改革开放之初,"两个大局"思想曾有力推动了中国对内的开放搞活。如今进入新时代的中国特色社会主义已将构建人类命运共同体作为重要的历史使命,逐步形成更具有双重维度的国际大局观。一方面,中国是经济全球化受益者,未来发展需要吸收更多世界先进成果和多样文化;另一方面,中国将借助"一带一路"让改革开放的成果和经验不断惠及世界。新时代中国特色社会主义的国际大局观将进一步助力中国发挥负责任大国作用,深度参与全球治理体系改革和建设,贡献中国智慧和力量。
At the beginning of reform and opening up, the thought of two overall situations has effectively enlivened the domestic economy. With the Socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era, establishing a community of shared future for mankind has become an important historical mission, and a more comprehensive view of the international situation with two dimensions has gradually formed. In this sense, China on the one hand is the beneficiary of economic globalization, which needs to absorb more achievements and diverse cultures from the advanced civilizations in the world. On the other hand, it will share the outcome of reform and opening up with the world through the belt and road initiative. This international view will be conducive to exerting China＇s role as a responsible major country in international affairs, promoting its participation into the reform and building of the global governance system and contributing China＇s wisdom and strength.
