上海某多环芳烃污染地块健康风险评估研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对上海某多环芳烃污染地块的场地环境调查,按照调查结果和《上海市污染场地风险评估技术规范》要求,开展该地块健康风险评估工作。结果表明,该地块土壤中苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、苯并(a)芘、茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘、二苯并(a,h)蒽对潜在敏感受体的健康风险值超过了可接受范围,该地块在开发前需进行场地修复。综合考虑后续修复的技术经济可行性以及实验室检测能力,场地风险控制值优先引用计算所得风险控制值,若计算结果小于上海市敏感用地筛选值,则选取敏感用地筛选值作为场地风险控制值。土壤中苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、苯并(a)芘、茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘、二苯并(a,h)蒽的综合风险控制值分别为2.1mg/kg2.1mg/kg 0.4mg/kg 2.1mg/kg 0.2mg/kg,需要修复的土方量合计为152m^3。 In this study, on the basis of an analysis of the site environmental investigation report of a chemical enterprise in Shanghai City, a health risk assessment was conducted according to the requirements in the technical specifcation for risk assessment of contaminated sites of Shanghai. The results showed that the health risk of 1,2-benzanthracene,benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzopyrene,indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene, and dibenzo anthracene to potential sensitive receptors in the soil exceeded an acceptable range. Therefore, the site needs to be rehabilitated before development and utilization. Considering the techno-economic feasibility of follow-up remediation and laboratory testing ability, the site risk control value provides a priority to the calculated risk control value. If the calculated result was less than the sensitive site selection value in Shanghai, the sensitive site selection value was selected as the site risk control value. The comprehensive control values of 1,2-benzanthracene,benzo[b]fuoranthene, benzopyrene, indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene, and dibenzo anthracene in soil are 2.1mg/kg, 2.1mg/kg, 0.4mg/kg, 2.1mg/kg, and 0.2mg/kg, respectively, and the earth volume in need of rehabilitation is 152m3.
