摘要
合成并表征了一种基于荧光素-罗丹明B的Cu^(2+)离子比色探针L。在体积比为9∶1的甲醇(MeOH)和4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸(HEPES)(pH=7.4)体系中,Cu^(2+)的加入使主体化合物L溶液颜色由浅粉色变为亮粉色,实现主体化合物L对Cu^(2+)的裸眼识别。紫外可见光谱研究表明,主体化合物L对Cu^(2+)表现出较高的选择性和灵敏度,且对EDTA具有良好的接力识别性能。主体化合物L与Cu^(2+)的络合常数为Ka=1.08×10^(-6) mol/L,检测限为2.33×10^(-7) mol/L,低于WHO规定的饮用水中Cu^(2+)的最大含量(20μmol/L)。此外,主体化合物L可通过滤纸染色定性检测Cu^(2+);通过紫外可见光谱对实际水样中Cu^(2+)浓度的定量检测,具有一定的实用价值。
A colorimetric probe L based on fluorescein-rhodamine B for Cu^2+ was synthesized.In the solution of MeOH-HEPES(V(MeOH)∶V(HEPES)=9∶1,pH=7.4),the compound L displayed a distinct color change from light pink to bright pink upon the addition of Cu^2+.The absorption spectra meant that the compound L had high selectivity and sensitivity to Cu^2+,which subsequently showed the good recognition for the EDTA.The association constant between the compound L and Cu^2+ was 1.08×10^-6 mol/L and the detection limit was calculated to be 2.33×10^-7 5 mol/L which was lower than the maximum allowable level of the WHO limit(20μmol/L)for drinking water.Furthermore,the application experiment showed that the compound L was able to qualitatively detect Cu^2+ by dyed papers and quantificationally determine Cu^2+ in real water by absorption spectra.
