摘要
目的:了解南京中医药大学江阴附属医院(以下简称"该院")中成药致药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的发生特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2012—2017年该院上报的163例中成药致ADR报告,从患者性别与年龄、中成药的剂型与种类、ADR累及器官及临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果:163例中成药致ADR报告中,男性患者44例,女性患者119例,男女之比为0.37∶1;0～10、>10～20和>70岁患者所占比例相对较低;共涉及38个中成药品种,其中,中药注射剂有28个品种,发生ADR 144例次;主要累及皮肤及其附件,共154例次。结论:医药工作者应采取措施,加强对中成药致ADR的监测,减少或避免中成药发生ADR,保障患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the occurrence characteristics and regulations of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Chinese patent medicine in Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine（hereinafter referred to as ＂this hospital＂）, so as to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. METHODS： 163 ADR cases induced by Chinese patent medicine reported by this hospital during 2012-2017 were collected, statistical analysis was conducted on patients＇ age, gender, dosage form and categories of Chinese patent medicine, ADR involved organs and clinical manifestations, etc. RESULTS： Of the 163 cases, 44 cases were male and 119 cases were female, the ratio of male to female was 0.37∶1. Patients aged 0-10, 10-20 and 70 years took a relatively low proportion. A total of 38 kinds of Chinese patent medicine were involved, of which there were 28 categories of traditional Chinese medicine injections and 144 case-times of ADR occurred; ADR mainly involved skin and its accessories, totally 154 case-times. CONCLUSIONS： Medical staff should take measures to strengthen the monitoring of ADR induced by Chinese patent medicine, reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and ensure patients＇ medication safety.
