To the Editor： Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy （PELD） becomes increasingly popular among spine surgeries in recent years. PELD is one of the minimally invasive spine surgeries with significant advantages including small incision, less muscle stripping, and enhanced postoperative recovery.
