摘要
目的观察加味玉肾露治疗消渴病肾病(DKD)气阴两虚兼血瘀证的临床疗效。方法将60例DKD气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予怡开口服,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予加味玉肾露。2组均以4周为1个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程后比较2组治疗前后的血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24小时尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)含量及临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为56.67%,治疗组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 2组治疗后Scr、BUN、24 h Upro及HbA1c含量均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的Scr、BUN、24 h Upro下降更显著,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味玉肾露治疗DKD气阴两虚兼血瘀证临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的实验室指标,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yushen Lu in treating DKD （Diabetic Kidney Disease） with deficiency of both qi and yin combined blood stasis. Methods Sixty cases of DKD with deficiency of both qi and yin combined blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The 2 groups were given conventional treatment. Moreover, the control group was treated with YiKai, while the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yushen Lu. A course of treatment for the 2 groups was 4 weeks. After 6 consecutive courses of treatment, the levels of serum creatinine （ Scr）, BUN, the 24-hour urine protein quantity （24 h Upro） ,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） content and their clinical efficacy in the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 56.67% ,that of the treat- ment group was 83.33%, there was statistical difference between the 2 groups （P〈O.05）. After treatment,the levels of Scr, BUN,24 h Upro and HbAlc content in the 2 groups reduced significantly （P〈0.05）, there was statistical difference compared with the same group before treatment. Moreover, the levels of Scr, BUN,24 h Upro and HbA1 c content in the treatment group decreased more significantly, there was statistical difference compared with those of the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiawei Yushen Lu has a remarkable curative effect on the treatment of DKD with deficiency of both qi and yin combined blood stasis, improving patients＇ laboratory data, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
