摘要
目的分析微创手术治疗合并肾功能不全老年肾结石患者的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年12月的合并肾功能不全的老年肾结石患者88例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法对其进行分组,将其平均分为实验组与对照组,每组各44例患者,对实验组患者采用微创手术的形式进行治疗,对对照组患者采用开放手术的形式进行治疗,分别对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察评价。结果经比较,实验组患者手术时间、手术中患者的出血量、患者住院时长都明显优于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微创手术的形式对合并肾功能不全的老年肾结石患者进行治疗,能够减轻患者痛苦,减少患者住院时间,治疗效果与预后情况良好。
Objective to analyze effect of minimally invasive surgery in treatment of elderly renal calculi patients with renal insufficiency. Methods choose 88 cases elderly renal calculi patients with renal insufficiency from June 2016 to December 2017 as study objects, divide them into experimental and control group with random grouping method in average, 44 cases in each. Experimental group was treated with minimally invasive surgery, and control group with open surgery. Observe and evaluate curative effect of two groups. Results comparison showed, operation time, bleeding amount and length of stay of experimental group was obviously better than control group, difference showed statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion minimally invasive surgery can reduce pain of elderly renal calculi patients with renal insufficiency, reduce hospitalization time, with good curative effect and prognosis.
