摘要
为了消除隧道中隔壁法施工时斜线形临时中隔壁导致的隧道拱部喷射混凝土掉落,采用数值模拟和现场测试的方法对斜线和弧形临时中隔壁选型下的围岩位移、喷射混凝土应力进行分析,揭示发生工程事故的原因.结果表明:同弧形选型相比,斜线选型下围岩在拱腰处将产生更大的水平位移,在拱顶将产生更大的竖向位移;采用斜线临时中隔壁时,导致隧道拱顶处喷射混凝土产生较大的剪应力值,超过混凝土的抗剪强度,混凝土发生剪切破坏.隧道采用CD法施工时避免使用斜线临时中隔壁.
The study discusses the way to prevent the falling of shotcrete in the tunnel arch caused by the oblique line temporary middle partition in the tunnel construction by CD method.Numerical simulation and field test were conducted to analyze the surrounding rock displacement and shotcrete stress when oblique line and arc temporary middle partition were used respectively,revealing accident causes.The results show that when the oblique line temporary middle partition is selected,surrounding rock produces a larger horizontal displacement at the arch waist and an even larger vertical displacement at the vault than when the arc temporary middle partition is used.And at the tunnel vault,the shotcrete produces a larger shear stress value,which exceeds the shear stress strength of concrete,and therefore,concrete shear failure occurs.Accordingly,it is suggested that the oblique line temporary middle partition should be avoided when the CD method is used in the tunnel construction.
