摘要
[目的]基于知识考古学分析朱丹溪相火理论的形成。[方法]借助知识考古学理论,通过追溯朱丹溪相火理论形成的历史及知识背景来还原朱丹溪相火理论构建的脉络。[结果]相火一词在朱丹溪时期已经成为中医学理论构建中存在的概念,外加理学的长期熏习,深刻影响了朱丹溪的医学思想,所以朱丹溪提出"阳常有余阴常不足"医学论点,"阳常有余阴常不足"论点为其相火理论的提出进行了理论论证,继而朱丹溪的相火理论逐渐形成。[结论]基于知识考古学分析,朱丹溪的相火理论形成是受当时的历史及知识背景影响下逐渐形成的医学理论。
[Objective] To analyze the formation of ZHU Danxi＇s theory of ministerial fire based on knowledge archaeology. [Methods] According to knowledge archaeology, any science or knowledge construction is based on the mainstream historical background and knowledge background at that time.By tracing back to the history and knowledge background of the formation of ZHU Danxi＇s theory of ministerial fire, this paper restores the reasons for the construction of ZHU Danxi＇s theory of ministerial fire. [Results] The word ＂ministerial fire＂ had become an important concept in the construction of TCM theory in ZHU Danxi＇s time. The long-term fumigation of Neo-Confucianism had a profound impact on ZHU Danxi＇s medical thought. Therefore, ZHU Danxi put forward the medical argument that ＂Yang often has more than Yin but is often insufficient＂ and that ＂Yang often has more than Yin is often insufficient＂ to advance the theory of ministerial fire. Theoretical argumentation was carried out, and ZHU Danxi＇s theory of ministerial fire gradually came into being. [Conclusion] Based on the analysis of knowledge archaeology, the formation of ZHU Danxi＇s ministerial fire theory is a medical theory gradually formed under the influence of history and knowledge background at that time.
