不同学制医学研究生住院医师规范化培训的实践观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:当前研究生教育普遍存在"重科研,轻临床"的倾向,本研究对不同学制硕士毕业生进行规范化培训,并评价其培训效果。方法:以2015-2017年硕士毕业招聘到我院并纳入我院住院医师规范化培训的硕士研究生住院医师为研究对象,比较不同学制毕业研究生入院和第一年度结束的理论技能考试成绩,分析规范化培训效果。结果:"5+3连读"硕士研究生理论和技能考核成绩均高于"非连读硕士研究生"和"七年制硕士研究生"组,经过一年的规范化培训,三组硕士研究生理论和技能成绩均有较明显的提高。结论:标准化的住院医师规范化培训,对不同教育层次的住院医师效果是不同的,精细规范化培训的标准和优化培训流程是目前规范化培训的重点和难点。 Objective: At present, postgraduate education is inclined to emphasize scientific research rather than clinical practice. This study conducted standardized training for graduates of different academic degrees and evaluated the training effect. Methods: To compare the results of theoretical skill test between the first year and the admission of graduate students of different academic systems, and analyze the effect of stan- dardized training. Result:The results of theory and skill examination of 5 + 3 continuous-reading postgraduates were higher than those of non- continuous-reading postgraduates and seven-year postgraduates. Conclusion: The standardized resident training has different effects on resident doctors at different educational levels. The standard of fine standardized training and the optimization of training process are the key and difficult points of standardized training at present.
