摘要
贵安龙山工业园建设项目A3综合服务大楼,建筑坡屋面悬挑3 m的坡屋顶檐沟,其最高梁支模高度为12. 5 m,板支模高度为13 m。工程采用高支模施工技术,对大悬挑施工、高大模板支撑体系设计及布置、斜屋面混凝土浇筑工艺进行重点阐述。该技术确保了工程质量和施工安全,工程进度也明显提高。
In view of No. A3 comprehensive service building of Longshan industrial zone construction project of Gui'an, a cantilever of 3m slope roof eaves gutter is built for the building roof, its biggest beam formwork height is 12. 5m, and the slab formwork height is 13m. The high formwork construction technology is adopted for the project, and the large cantilever construction, high and large formwork support system design and layout, and concrete pouring process of inclined roof are described emphatically. The technology ensures the engineering quality and construction safety and the project progress is obviously improved.
