摘要
目的探讨远程监测对高血压患者健康管理的效果。方法 2016年12月至2017年8月,选取来本院诊治的高血压患者共110例为研究样本,根据随机信封法分为对照组(n=55)和干预组(n=55),对照组接受常规社区管理模式,干预组在此基础上使用i Health家用智能电子血压计进行远程血压监测,并提供用药指导。持续随访6个月,对患者血压控制水平、健康管理成效进行观察比较。结果两组干预第1个月血压水平对比无显著差异,P>0.05,第3个月和第6个月时干预组血压水平(SBP、DBP)明显低于对照组,且各项健康行为的依从率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论采取远程监测辅助高血压健康管理能够及时调整降压方案,让患者持续保持正确的生活方式,并能提高遵医依从性,达到稳定控制血压的效果,对心血管风险事件可起到预防效果,值得应用。
Objective to explore effect of remote monitoring on health management of hypertension patients. Methodschoose 110 cases hypertension patients treated in our hospital, divide them into control and intervention group randomly, 55 cases in each. Control group was treated with community routine hypertension health management model. On this basis, intervention group was treated with remote monitoring of blood pressure by i Health household intelligent electronic blood pressure meter, and drug use guidance. After follow-up of 6 months, observe and compare blood pressure level and health management effect of two groups. Results at the first month intervention of two groups, blood pressure levels comparison showed no significant difference, P0.05. At the third, sixth month intervention intervention, SBP and DBP of intervention group was lower than control group, and compliance rate of healthy lifestyle was higher than control group, P0.05. Conclusion remote monitoring assisted hypertension health management can adjust depressurization scheme and correct bad life style in time, and improve compliance behavior, and achieve purpose of effective blood pressure control finally, which can play a role of preventing cardiovascular risk events and is worthy of application.
