摘要
以气相色谱法进行汽油中乙醇和甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)含量的测定,对检测过程中可能引入的不确定度来源进行了分类和量化,并通过计算各分量的不确定度评估乙醇和MTBE含量测定结果的合成标准不确定度,为检测结果可靠性提供参考。结果表明,不确定度的主要来源为重复测定、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合和样品称量。取置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2,则乙醇和MTBE的测定结果(ω)分别为9.17%±0.13%和0.48%±0.03%。
The determination of ethanol and methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE) in gasoline was carried out by gas chromatography. The sources of uncertainty in the detection process were classified and quantified. The combined standard uncertainty of measurement for ethanol and MTBE was evaluated by calculating the uncertainty of each component to provide reference for reliability of test results. The results showed that the sources of uncertainty were mainly derived from repetitive determinations, preparation of standard solutions, working curve fitting and sample weighing. The measurement results(ω) of ethanol and MTBE were 9.17%±0.13% and 0.48%±0.03%,respectively, when the fiducial probability was 95% and the coverage factor(k) was 2.
